Voxio

The phone system moves out of the basement.

Voxio is a cloud phone system for companies that still rely on desk phones and already work from laptops and mobiles. One number, every device, nothing to rack.

Currently onboarding first customers. We migrate your numbers and keep the handsets you already own.

  • Jonas WeberBrowser, home office ringing
  • VoicemailAfter 25 seconds waiting

Sales hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. Outside those hours the same number goes straight to voicemail.

A phone system you can change on a Tuesday afternoon.

Most business phone systems were configured once, by someone who has since left. Voxio puts the same routing decisions in a web portal, so opening hours, a new colleague or a second office take minutes instead of a service ticket.

The box in the basement

  • Hardware you own, patch, and replace every few years
  • Changes go through a reseller and a scheduled appointment
  • Calls stop at the building; mobile staff use private numbers
  • Call data lives in a proprietary log nobody exports
  • Growth means more ports, more cards, more capital expense

Voxio

  • Your existing SIP handsets register directly, no forklift swap
  • You edit routing, groups and greetings yourself in the portal
  • The same number reaches mobile app and browser, anywhere
  • Call records and quality reports available over a REST API
  • Add a colleague or a location without touching hardware

Everything a working phone system needs.

No add-on tiers for the basics. These come with the system.

Desk phones

SIP handsets from Grandstream, Yealink, Snom and others register against Voxio over the internet, or through the built-in device VPN when the office network makes that difficult.

Mobile app

A softphone for iOS and Android with native call screens, so an incoming business call looks and behaves like any other call on the phone. Staff keep their private number private.

Browser calling

Answer and place calls from a browser tab, with nothing installed. Useful for home offices, temporary desks and anyone who lives in a headset.

Ring groups and queues

Ring a whole team at once or in order, hold callers in a queue with position announcements, and set what happens when nobody picks up.

Menus and opening hours

Greetings, keypad menus and time-based routing. Recorded audio or generated speech, in as many languages as you need.

Numbers and porting

Connect a SIP trunk from your current carrier or port your numbers to ours. Route each number to a different team, menu or handset.

Recording and reporting

Optional call recording with consent announcements, plus call detail records and audio quality reports you can pull into your own reporting.

Automated conversations

Hand a call to an AI agent that answers routine questions, takes a message or collects details before passing it to a person.

What happens when somebody calls you.

The same four steps every time, whether the caller dials your main number or a direct extension.

  1. The call arrives

Over your carrier's SIP trunk into Voxio, matched to the number that was dialled.

  2. Rules decide

Opening hours, the menu choice and the team on duty determine where it goes.

  3. Devices ring

Desk phones, mobile apps and browser tabs ring together or in the order you set.

  4. Somebody answers

Audio flows directly between the caller and the device. The call is logged.

For the people who have to approve it.

Voxio is built on an open platform, so nothing about your telephony is locked behind a vendor portal.

Hosted in Germany

Voice and call data are processed on servers in Germany, operated by SIMRelay GmbH. We sign a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR before you go live.

Run it yourself

The platform ships as a single binary with PostgreSQL and Redis. If your policy requires telephony on your own infrastructure, you can run the same system on it.

An API, not an export button

Numbers, routing, call records and webhooks are available over a documented REST API, so Voxio can talk to the CRM and helpdesk you already run.

Tell us what your phones do today.

Send us how many people answer calls, which handsets you use and who your carrier is. We will come back with what a migration looks like and what it costs — no discovery call required first.
